How to register

The navigation of the UniWoL portal is free in the information sections. UniWoL services can also be requested without requiring any kind of registration. The consultation and use of the UniWoL database and the creation of one or more profiles are instead paid services that require registration.
To subscribe to the UniWoL portal and register your profile you have to follow a few simple steps:
– go to the site section SUBSCRIBE TO THE UNIWOL NETWORK and fill in the registration form inserting personal data and contact info (at least email) and above all select the type of registration (Standard or Premium) and Profile (Single, Double , Multiple).
– once this part is completed you will receive a verification email from which you can complete your registration. You will be sent back to the portal and you can pay the amount corresponding to your choice with PAYPAL.
– after payment, within 48 hours we will send you the receipt of the same and the credentials to access the portal
– you can then fill in your profile and start browsing by searching the UniWoL database.

How long is my subscription?

The duration of each subscription is annual: a calendar year is calculated from the day the login credentials are sent.

Can I change my profile before the subscription year expires?

It’s possible. To request it you can send an email to customercare@uniwol.com requesting the type of change. In the case of UPGRADE of the profile you will receive instructions to make the payment of the difference due until the end of the subscription expiration and you can proceed. In the case of DOWNGRADE there are no reimbursements of the unused portion until the subscription expires.

Can I cancel my subscription and cancel my profile before the annual deadline?

Certainly yes (even if we are very sorry). You may request deletion of your profile by writing an email to: customercare@uniwol.com.
However, there are no refunds for any unused subscription period.

What happens if I do not renew my profile at the end of the subscription period?

First we will contact you to understand the reasons why our service no longer interests you. However, if you do not renew a profile, after one week of expiration this will be frozen and made invisible to users for about two months in which you can still renew your subscription. After this deadline will be removed from the database.

If I register a company, is the VAT number mandatory?

The VAT number is used to issue invoices net of Italian VAT. However, this is only done in Italy and in EU countries, provided that the VAT number supplied is valid in the VIES register. In all other cases, UniWoL must issue an invoice including Italian VAT.
